1. Group Workshop
Advisors from Business Sweden and Almi will explain how to:
Prioritise export markets that offer the fastest route to export sales
Identify customer segments that will benefit most from your offering in selected markets
Adapt your value proposition and packaging to strengthen competitiveness
Develop an international business case to support successful international growth
2. Individual Advisory and Coaching
Business Sweden's international business advisors will help you:
Apply Business Sweden's tools and methodologies to the areas covered during the workshop
Develop decision-making material and a business concept tailored to your company
Create an initial sustainability plan with support from Almi, based on ISO 26000 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (Agenda 2030)
3. Validation in Two Export Markets
Your offering will be tested in up to two export markets. The validation is carried out by Business Sweden's market specialists located in the selected export markets.
