The network plays a key role in reducing investment barriers and ensuring that Sweden remains an attractive and accessible destination for international and domestic investors to increase Sweden’s global competitiveness. Important areas for investors include access to competence, energy supply and regulatory or permitting processes. 

The composition and level of involvement among Team Sweden Invest actors may vary over time, depending on the issue at hand and the type of investment area. This collaborative effort also plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the Swedish Government’s Export and Investment Strategy.
