Swedish Pavilion at Salone del Mobile 2026
For the first time in nine years, Sweden hosted a national pavilion at Salone del Mobile in Milan between April 21-26, 2026. The initiative was made possible by several members of Team Sweden.

Salone del Mobile is one of the leading international marketplaces for furniture and interior design, gathering over 2000 exhibitors and 300 000 visitors each year. Under the theme “Stay timeless with Swedish design”, the pavilion showcased Swedish furniture and interior brands and served as a platform for international contacts and export.
Alongside the inauguration, curated social events helped strengthen networking and visibility. The pavilion was realized by Team Sweden actors including Business Sweden, Embassy of Sweden in Italy, the Swedish Institute, Trä- och Möbelföretagen TMF (The Swedish Federation of Wood and Furniture Industry), and Stockholm Furniture Fair.
Eight Swedish brands participated, collectively highlighting Swedish design traditions, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. Key trends at the fair included recycled materials and products focused on relaxation and disconnection from digital noise.
