The Sweden–Japan Rare Disease Innovation Partnership Platform: Innovating Care in Japan, is a new initiative designed to strengthen collaboration between Swedish and Japanese stakeholders in the rare disease space.
The platform will bring together innovators, healthcare providers, industry leaders, policymakers and research institutions to explore how cutting-edge solutions can improve diagnosis, treatment and patient outcomes.
Launching in Tokyo, the platform will serve as a long-term collaboration framework, facilitating knowledge exchange, partnership development and dialogue around innovation, access and implementation in rare disease care.
By connecting Sweden’s strengths in life science innovation with Japan’s advanced healthcare system and market expertise, the initiative seeks to accelerate impactful solutions and foster sustainable cross-border partnerships.
