Team Sweden takes the center stage in Almedalen
During the Almedalen week on Gotland, where ideas and policies meet, Team Sweden gathered to spotlight the power of collaboration in promoting Sweden’s global competitiveness.

On Thursday June 26 Team Sweden hosted a well-attended seminar, representatives from across the Team Sweden network shared perspectives on how we can strengthen coordination and build Sweden’s visibility on the international stage. The discussion marked the first public activation of TeamSweden.se.
Held at Hamnplan 5 in Visby, the seminar highlighted the value of collaboration, coordination, and collective messaging. Key representatives from Business Sweden, the Swedish Institute, the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and other Team Sweden actors shared insights on how joint efforts can strengthen Sweden’s visibility and competitiveness internationally.
Speeches and a panel discussion explored how Team Sweden as a working model, not an organisation creates real value when public and private actors align.
