Team Sweden Region Summit gathered the Swedish regions to strengthen collaboration

How can we strengthen collaboration within Team Sweden – and what role do the regions play in shaping our joint work going forward?

These questions were at the centre when Business Sweden brought together regional coordinators from across the country for Team Sweden: Region Summit.

The full-day Team Sweden summit, organised by Business Sweden, gathered representatives from all parts of Sweden to build shared understanding, strengthen coordination, and discuss how Team Sweden can continue to develop as a unified network across regional boundaries, organisations and mandates.

A key focus of the day was the role of the regions within Team Sweden and how collaboration can be made more structured and effective over time. Discussions also highlighted TeamSweden.se as a common platform for visibility, coordination and follow-up of joint activities, not only as an information hub, but as a practical tool for collaboration across the network of Sweden's 21 regions.

The summit created space for open dialogue, experience sharing and concrete reflections on how we work together today and how we want to move forward.
