Team Sweden delegation at Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome
Sweden participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, with State Secretary Jessica Rosencrantz heading the official Team Sweden delegation.

On 11–12 June 2025, Sweden participated in the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, with State Secretary Jessica Rosencrantz heading the official Team Sweden delegation. The conference brought together international actors from governments, businesses, and civil society to coordinate support for Ukraine’s reconstruction and long-term recovery.
Team Sweden with comprising representatives from the Government Offices, Business Sweden, the Swedish Export Credit Agency (EKN), and the Swedish Export Credit Corporation (SEK), took part in high-level discussions and bilateral meetings to explore how Swedish expertise and innovation can contribute to Ukraine’s green, digital, and inclusive rebuilding.
“Sweden is committed to Ukraine’s recovery. Our presence in Rome shows our strong ambition to mobilize both public and private actors for long-term partnerships,” said Rosencrantz.
The delegation also joined the Business for Ukraine platform, connecting with international stakeholders to strengthen economic cooperation and identify concrete business opportunities in key sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and health.
