New Team Sweden constellation announced: Talent Attraction
A new national Team Sweden constellation is formed to strengthen Sweden’s efforts to attract international top talent and foster innovation across key sectors.

The Swedish Institute, together with several national partners, is launching a coordinated initiative to attract global expertise to Sweden.
The initiative will promote Sweden as an innovation-driven, sustainable, and inclusive place to work and live, targeting international professionals in strategic industries such as technology, life sciences, and green transition.
By aligning communication and branding efforts under the Sweden brand, the initiative aims to support Swedish employers in recruiting international specialists and to enhance Sweden’s global competitiveness.
